Opportunity: Your company name/logo displayed prominently on the app, which was downloaded during the 2015 Convention approximately 13,000 times.

Recognition: Sponsor ad banner on main screen (rotated between the 4 sponsors) which leads to a description page that includes your booth number(s) and for which you provide description text and/or a website link, plus standard benefits listed below.
Opportunity: Sponsor a fun game for attendees while gaining brand recognition and attracting customers to your booth. In this game, attendees will use their Guidebook mobile app (iOS and Android) to scan QR codes placed around the convention center and exhibit hall. When enough QR codes have been scanned, a puzzle will be completed and the attendee will be instructed to head to your booth to register for a prize (provided by you) of substantial value to be selected by a drawing from those that complete the game. The prize can be whatever you like. Make it memorable for those who meet the challenge!

Recognition: An Icon in the Guidebook app that will lead attendees to information about the game and will includes the sponsor's name and booth number. The sponsor's name or logo will accompany each posted QR code. And other standard benefits listed below. TMEA will promote the game once daily via social media (Thursday – Saturday).

Opportunity: Place your company's name in the hands of all active member attendees as they receive a cash giveaway ticket at registration. Approximately 13,300 tickets are distributed for members to deposit in one of five boxes strategically located throughout the exhibit hall. The locations are designed to build traffic throughout the hall.

Opportunity: Expand your visibility with educators, parents and performers at the primary stop for many of their convention needs. Attendees visit the Information Booth throughout the convention for concert tickets, maps, and schedules.

The tickets for these concerts are highly coveted and attendees include TMEA teacher members and performer family members.

Applicable to all sponsor levels. In addition to the recognition specific for each sponsor opportunity above, each sponsor will be recognized in the following ways:
- Inclusion on thank you page in pre-convention publicity
- Inclusion on thank you page in the convention printed program
- Sponsor booth(s) will be highlighted on the interactive floor plan
- Only companies with a completed 2016 Convention booth application may apply for a TMEA Convention Sponsorship.
- Previous sponsors have first right of renewal.
- Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission date/time of the sponsorship application.
- Recognition detailed above will be provided only for companies that complete their application by November 7.
